Booking this workout grant full permission for DONAMATRIX TRAINING and its agents to record any or all of my participation with photos, videos, audio and/or other media known or unknown, and use them for publicity, promotions and advertising trade or commercial purposes, without reimbursement of any kind due to me now or in the future.
