No problem - the DOD Subscription gives you On-Demand access so you can train on your time. **Resistance bands required (available for purchase if needed).

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel workout reservations online at least 1 hour prior to avoid a loss of the session or being charged a late or none cancellation fee. Cancellations made 1 hour or less from the workout start time will result in a loss of the session.
